In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), this notice is provided to inform you of the purpose for the collection and use of your personal information. The information you provide is being collected under the authority of The United States of America with given permission to the Army Recruiter and will be used for the sole purpose of enlistment eligibility and to process application into the U.S. Army or U.S. Army Reserve.

Schedule an Appointment with Recruiter to Discuss the Opportunity
Once you have completed and submitted the prequalification form, you will receive an email from the Recruiter with your appointment scheduling options.

Fill Out and Submit Application
If after you've had your appointment with the Recruiter and you want to continue the process of joining the Army, Fill out and submit the application sent to you email address. Once submitted, Schedule and appointment to take the In-Office practice ASVAB practice test.
